Albertyn is an arbitrator, a mediator, and a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators of the United States and Canada. U. Bhoola is a judge of the Labor Court of South Africa and a former attorney and partner at Cheadle Thompson & Haysom and Rosen Wright Rosengarten Attorneys.
