Stephen Mayson is Professor of Strategy and Director of the Legal Services Policy Institute, The College of Law, and Senior Fellow of the Law School at the University of Melbourne. Christopher Ryan is Professor of Law and Head of Department at City University. He was formerly Chief Examiner for Regulations and Compliance for the Securities Industry Examination of the Stock Exchange.
