Company Law JANET DINE is Professor of International Economic Development Law at Queen Mary, University of London, UK. She has practised at the bar in England and Wales and lectured in law at the University of Essex, London Guildhall University and Kings College London. MARIOS KOUTSIAS is a Lecturer in EU Commercial Law at the University of Essex. He has practised as a lawyer in Greece and in Brussels at the offices of the European Commission. Core Statutes on Company Law COWAN ERVINE is Senior Lecturer in the School of Law at the University of Dundee, UK. He joined the Faculty of Law after qualifying as a solicitor in Northern Ireland, and has also spent a year as a visiting professor at the University of Santa Clara, California on the Fulbright programme. He was a member of the Scottish Consumer Council from 1986-94, a member of the Sheriff Court Rules Council from 1990-2000 and is a member of the Consumer Law Enforcement Forum. He is Scottish editor of Butterworths Trading and Consumer Law, and Sweet and Maxwell's Encyclopedia of Consumer Law.
