Po-Chun Hsu is an Assistant Professor at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago, United States. His research focuses on innovative dynamic materials for light and heat management, aiming to boost the thermoregulation performance and functionality for applications in wearable technology, net-zero energy buildings, carbon capture, and beyond. Ying Li is a Professor in the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. His research focuses on thermal metamaterials and radiative surfaces, infrared detection and infrared camouflage, and temperature sensing and intelligent temperature control. Andrej Lenert is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, United States. His research group focuses on understanding light–matter interactions and developing nanostructured materials that control the direction and wavelength of radiative transport, with various applications in solar energy conversion, energy storage, sustainable chemical production, and infrared sensing. Yi Zheng is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Northeastern University, Boston, United States. His research interests include theoretical, computational and experimental investigations on enhanced energy transport phenomena, thermal/optical/electromagnetic sensing, physical properties of nanoengineered metamaterials and their applications in energy conversion, storage, and harvesting systems, thermophotovoltaics, wavelength selective thermal emitters/absorbers, near-field thermal diodes and transistors, and photon-based radiative cooling techniques.
