Consumers' search for food quality is becoming an increasingly topical issue. Veterinary Doctor graduated from the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI), with a PhD in Animal Science from UFPI. He is currently a State Agricultural Inspector at the Agricultural Defence Agency of the State of Ceará. Veterinary doctor with a post-doctorate from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ). Currently a full professor at UFPI.
