Dr. Gobinath Rajagopalan is a Senior Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Life Sciences and Biotechnology at South Asian University, New Delhi, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Biotechnology from IIT Madras, India. His research primarily focuses on cost-effective bioprocess development, industrial enzymes, and waste valorization into value-added biofuels and biochemicals. He has published more than 60 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals, book chapters, and presented at reputed national and international conferences. He has successfully managed several research projects funded by the Singapore Research Foundation (Singapore) and the Department of Science and Technology (India). Dr. Rajagopalan has received several awards, including the Best Technology Innovation Award (Washington, DC, 2015) and Best Research Paper Awards (ICABB, Singapore, 2017; ICAFIB 2020, BSBB 2022, ICRABES 2022, India; SABC 2023, Bangladesh) Dr. Kunlin Yang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He earned his PhD degree in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002 and did his postdoctoral research at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. His expertise is in green environmental technology, wastewater treatment and bioenergy. In the past five years, he actively transformed research results from his group into commercial products and start-ups including GreenAct, GreenDr and GreenCOP. The latter was the finalist for the Temasek Startup Award. He has published 150 SCI papers in top journals such as Green Chemistry and Renewable Energy, and has obtained more than 10 patents. He has won several research awards including the Defense Innovation Award, A*STAR Research Award, and TechConnect Award Dr. Venkata Giridhar Poosarla is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Life Sciences, GITAM School of Science at GITAM (Deemed to be University), Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his postdoctoral training at the Pennsylvania State University, USA. His research primarily focuses on microbial technology and bioenergy. He has published more than 30 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals (like Nature Communications) and book chapters and presented at reputed national and international conferences. He has successfully managed the Department of Energy, National Science Foundation (USA), and University Grant Commission (India) grants. He has received the Best Research Paper Awards (SusCon, 2019, ICCAM, 2023, ICEACBS, 2023, India)
