Dr. Pardeep Singh is presently working as Assistant Professor (Department of Environmental Studies, PGDAV College, University of Delhi New Delhi India). He obtained his Master s degree from the Department of Environmental Science Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He obtained his doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) Varanasi. The area of his doctoral research is the degradation of organic pollutants through various indigenous isolated microbes and by using various types of photocatalytic.
Dr. Shikha Daga is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at PGDAV College, University of Delhi, New Delhi, India. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and has completed her M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the University of Delhi. She has authored and edited several books and published research papers in reputed journals. Her academic interests include ESG, corporate governance, financial management, and sustainability. She has been involved in national and international conferences as a session chair and co-chair and has also contributed as a reviewer for Scopus-indexed journals. Through her teaching and research, she continues to engage with emerging trends in commerce and finance.
Dr. Kiran Yadav is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at PGDAV College, University of Delhi, with nearly 12 years of teaching experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences & Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University, specializing in the impact of psychological factors on individual investment decisions. She has received a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET).
Her research interests include behavioral finance, ESG, corporate governance, green finance, the green economy, climate change, circular economy and sustainability. She has edited multiple books, publish various book chapters and research papers in Scopus-indexed journals, focusing on financial decision-making, sustainability, climate change and ESG-related topics.
Dr. Yadav is also supervising Ph.D. research on financial literacy and working capital management. Her academic contributions reflect a strong focus on integrating finance with sustainability and behavioral insights.
