Dr Mukesh Kumar Madhup boasts over 20 years of industrial experience in developing and commercializing high-performance organic coatings, adhesives, and sealants (CAS). He is renowned for his profound knowledge and work in polymer chemistry and surface coatings technologies in the Paint & Coating industry. Dr Madhup specializes in epoxies, silicones, acrylics, alkyds, and polyurethanes (PU). Currently the CEO of Amatech Innovation Pvt. Ltd, previously at 3M, he served as a New Product Introduction (NPI) leader for Infrastructure protection [IsPD]. His accolades include numerous awards, notably the 3M Green Innovator award (2019) and the 3M Circle of Technical Excellence & Innovation (2020). Dr Madhup holds a PhD in Chemistry, with significant contributions recognized through patents, publications, and awards, demonstrating his commitment to advancing high-performance coatings. He has previously authored the book "Concept to Reality."
