Each chapter, ranging between 5,000 and 8,000 words, not only connects to specific tools and research from the IDG toolkit, but also maintains a strong connection with the overall philosophy, framework, and goals of the IDG Movement as a whole. Its aim is to deepen the readers’ understanding of the IDGs Framework, evoke emotional resonance and hope, and inspire reflection and actionable change. The book is organised in 2 volumes comprising 37 chapters authored by 64 contributors. Additionally, each section begins with visual art and poetry from 6 artists, designed to engage readers on a deeper emotional level and broaden their perspectives before they dive into the main content. Volume 1: "From "I" to "We"" explores the personal journeys and transformations that lead to collective action and impact. Eleftheria Egel is a scholar, Ed-tech social startup founder & advisor and business mentor for female entrepreneurs. The focus of her work is on social sustainability. Her research and publications are in the fields of spiritual, female and sustainability leadership & entrepreneurship. Her most recent publication is an edited Collection on the ethical challenges and implications of the COVID-19 crisis management. Eleftheria is Advisory Board Member of Ethics International Press and Executive Board Member of One Planet Education Networks. In the past, she served on the Board of the "Management, Spirituality & Religion" Interest Group of the Academy of Management.

Mauricio Campos Suarez is the co-founder of IDG Switzerland and has a diverse background as, Coach, Engineer, MBA, Corporate Executive, Community Builder, Technology and Digital Health & Innovation Expert, and Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor. He specializes in catalyzing external and internal transformation for individuals and organizations. In his more than 20 years of executive experience in pharmaceutical companies, he worked across +40 countries and led large diverse teams globally distributed within highly complex organizations spanning various countries and continents. He has a multi-faceted background as an Engineer, Executive MBA (IE), ICF & EMCC Certified Professional & Senior Team Coach, and Mindfulness & Yoga instructor.
