Provides a library for mass spectrometry. This work covers an average of 118 peaks per spectrum. It contains data generated from instrumentation in controlled conditions. It also includes IUPAC names, chemical names/synonyms with the records. It also covers: organic compounds for combinatorial synthesis; steroids and androgens; and more.
Designed specifically for today's high sensitivity instruments and data systems, "Wiley MS" provides a comprehensive high quality standards library for mass spectrometry. It covers an average of 118 peaks per spectrum. It contains majority of data which are generated from new instrumentation in controlled conditions. It includes a complete structure file which accompanies each spectrum. IUPAC names, chemical names/synonyms are included with each record. It is compatible with most popular spectroscopy data systems (Agilent, Thermo, NIST MSSearch). Available alone or combined with the NIST 2005 library, "Wiley MS" or "Wiley MS/N05" can be used alone or in conjunction with the "Wiley Registry, 7th Edition" to raise mass spectrometry capabilities to a new level on new or existing instruments. Specifications include: 100,000 spectra; 100,000 structures (structure and substructure searchable); 200,000 chemical names; 100,000 IUPAC standard names; 118 peaks per spectrum, on average.
It also covers: comprehensive organic compounds for combinatorial synthesis; important steroids and androgens; legal and illegal drugs and metabolites; volatile compounds in food; geochemicals and petrochemicals and their biomarkers; and, forensics.
