The development of organic and good quality artisanal products arises from two main problems: The support of micro-enterprises or small producers who in spite of having a slower, longer and even tedious process in coffee production, compared to large companies, their final product is superior in quality; on the other hand there is the need to obtain good quality, artisanal, innovative products that do not contain a high percentage of chemicals since these can be harmful to health in numerous aspects. In this order of ideas we can say that coffee has numerous benefits that will help to achieve these objectives and solve these two problems; we began with a test stage where we experimented the effectiveness of coffee in diverse aspects that include both physical health in terms of hair and skin care, as well as mental health in terms of stress management, in this way we were able to certify coffee as a very complete product of the agriculture of Nariño and Colombia in general.
