Numerous natural products, especially alkaloids, contain the 1,3-Diazacyclopenta-2,4-diene ring. These 1,3-Diazacyclopenta-2,4-diene partakes the 1,3-C3N2 ring but point varied substituents. This ring system is present in important natural structure blocks, similar to histidine and the affiliated hormone histamine. Numerous medicines contain an 1,3-Diazacyclopenta-2,4-diene ring, similar to certain antifungal medicines, the nitroimidazole series of antibiotics, and the tranquilizer midazolam. Thus, there is a need to explore the Diazacyclopenta-2,4-diene rings in a detailed manner wherein this book comprises the needed information.
