Sophie Gordon is a plant-based chef and recipe developer, caterer, and entrepreneur. She runs Florence Road Events, a Brighton-based catering company which cooks for weddings , parties and corporate events. She also cooks her signature plant-based food for health retreats around the globe, and has collaborated with Soho House, Oddbox, Lululemon, Free People, Foodism, Vita Coco and many more. Sophie's platform is focused on plant-based and sustainable eating, environmental protection, and wellbeing.
