Al-Noor is a Prof.in the Department of Chemistry at Ibn-Al-Haitham Education for pure Science College, University of Baghdad, Iraq.She received her Ph.D.in inorganic chemistry(1996).Member of(IUPAC) for Deputy President of Al-Nahrain International Society of Iraq, Founding and Chair: (ACS)Iraq chapter.
