This is the fourth issue of an iconography of the European flora. The illustrations (mainly b/w drawings) in the botanical literature from 1880 up to present are recorded and critically redetermined. It comprises all species and subspecies occurring in the area covered by the "Flora Europaea" of which illustrations could be traced by the author. Nomenclature follows "Flora Europaea" and "Med-Checklist" and attemps to present a basic concordance of both. This issue deals with the dicot families Lauraceae to Rhamnaceae (alphabetic order) and the Curcubitaceae. Issues 1 and 3 are also available.
