Leslie A. King earned her M.A. in physiology from San Francisco State University and is Instructor of Biology at the University of San Francisco, where she teaches courses in general biology, human physiology, and comparative animal physiology. Her writing draws upon over 25 years of teaching experience as well as supervising undergraduate biology laboratory sections and laboratory instructors.
