Born year 1955 at Bomet County. Attended Kamogoson and Makimeny primary school, Narok high school, Al level saint Mary Yala, in Siaya County, first degree in University of Nairobi, Master Degree in education at Kenyatta University and Phd at Moi University. Currently, lecturing at University of Eldoret Kenya.
