He has published numerous scientific and non-scientific books. In 2002 he was awarded the Tswett Medal by the Russian Academy of Sciences. Dr. Gertrud Morlock is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Food Chemistry at the University of Hohenheim. In addition to having published over 70 scientific publications, she is a member of several editorial boards and scientific committees.
