Bhattacharyya then assesses their comparative significance for other countries in Asia. Autor

Harihar Bhattacharyya is Professor of Political Science, the University of Burdwan, India. He is the author of India as a Multicultural Federation: Asian Values, Democracy and Decentralization (in comparison with Swiss Federalism) and co-editor of Rule of Law and Organization of the State in Asia: the Multicultural Challenge.
