Indraneil Das is Professor of Herpetology at the Institute of Biodiversity Conservation, University of Malaysia Sarawak. He received his doctorate from the University of Oxford, England, and was a Fulbright Fellow at the Museum of Comparative Zoology at Harvard University, USA. Indraneil's other books include photographic guides to the reptiles of India, Sri Lanka and Borneo.
