Henri Acselrad is professor in the Institute for U. Thomas L. Harper is Professor, Planning Program, Faculty of Environmental Design, University of Calgary, Canada. Anthony Gar-On Yeh is Chair Professor, Centre of Urban Planning and Environmental Management and Dean of the Graduate School, The University of Hong Kong, China.
