Masroor Anwar is a Scientist D in the Department of Biophysics at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. His research focuses on aging and age-related diseases, specifically skeletal muscle regeneration and muscle stem cell biology. He has also a keen interest in mesenchymal stem cell regeneration. Currently, Dr. Anwar is working on neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s and dementia. He has published several research articles in high-impact international journals and serves on the editorial boards of several journals. Misbahuddin M. Rafeeq is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine (Rabigh), King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He completed his MBBS and MD in Pharmacology from Aligarh Muslim University, India. Dr. Rafeeq serves on the editorial boards of several other journals. He has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the Excellent Leadership Award from IDB, Saudi Arabia, and the Distinguished Achievement Award from KAU, Saudi Arabia. His research focuses on identifying novel genetic mutations in hereditary syndromes, exploring therapeutic targets through molecular docking, PK/PD, and toxicity studies, and studying the effects of natural compounds on animal models. Dr. Rafeeq has more than sixty-five high-impact publications and has secured funding for several large grants as a Principal/Co-Investigator. Mukhtiar Baig is a distinguished Professor of Clinical Biochemistry and Medical Educationist, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Assessment Unit at the Faculty of Medicine in Rabigh, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, KSA. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBBS from Liaquat Medical College, an MPhil and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Karachi, and an MHPE from Dow University of Health Sciences. Dr. Baig has been globally recognized, being included in Stanford University’s list of the top 2% of scientists worldwide for 2022 and 2023. He has authored 160 international refereed publications and contributed to seven book chapters. Dr. Baig’s research interests cover clinical biochemistry, identification of genetic mutations, and the effects of natural compounds on animal models.
