Section 6 Primary cutaneous haematopoietic infiltrates: cutaneous lymphomas - cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, cutaneous B-cell lymphomas, unusual cutaneous lymphomas, pseudolymphomas - T-pseudolymphomas, B-pseudolymphomas, abortive pseudolymphoma (histiocytoma); miscellaneous lymphoproliferative skin infiltrates - angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia - Kimura's disease, papuloerythroderma ofuji, angioendotheliomatosis - malignant, reactive; secondary skin involvement in nodal lymphomas and leukemias; myeloproliferative disorders.
