Don’t just manage your risk of heart attack—prevent it!
Don’t just
manage your risk of heart attack—prevent it!

Every one to two
minutes in the US and Europe alone, someone dies of a heart attack of which
they had no prior knowledge or symptoms, making Ischaemic (or Coronary) Heart
Disease the world’s leading cause of death. That adds up to nearly 500,000
heart attacks per year that rob individuals of their lives, and families of
their loved ones. These numbers only begin to account for the damage heart
attacks bring about. Even for those who are lucky enough to survive a heart
attack, there is a great impact on their life and that of their family; they
will never be the same. While these statistics are appalling, they are often
ignored. The medical community continues to focus on disease management over
prevention, and as the tragic numbers show, it’s not working.

Using his over
40 years of experience as a clinical cardiologist, Dr. Stephen Fenton developed
The 5 CH Lifestyle to turn that around. His approach prioritizes early
detection and prevention using natural over management with medication. If you
want to live a happier, healthier, and safer life, the 5 CH’s effective dietary
and holistic lifestyle approach is the place to start.

Dr. Stephen Fenton is a highly regarded general and preventative adult cardiologist, committed to providing the best cardiac care possible. His loyal following of patients dates back over 40 years. He has extensive training and experience in acute and emergency cardiac conditions, preventative cardiology, coronary artery disease, echocardiography, and valvular heart disease. He graduated from Sydney University in 1976, completing his training at Sydney Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and Westmead Hospital. A Visiting Medical Officer at The Sydney Adventist Hospital for many years, he also holds membership of the Royal Australian College of Physicians, the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand, and is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology.
