This textbook addresses the increasingly important topic of mental health, particularly among students. It emphasizes the pertinent issues faced by students today, including anxiety, depression, fear, and hopelessness, while offering strategies to navigate life's challenges. Combining first-hand anecdotes and scholarly insights, the text bridges the gap between theory and practice, encouraging readers to apply psychological concepts to improve their quality of life.
