Krishnan is a Professor of Surgery in the Department of Surgery, and the Chief of Section of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati; and Chief of the Division of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
Zachary S. Peacock is the Walter C. Guralnick Chair of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Residency Program Director at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is the co-director of the cleft and craniofacial clinic at Mass General for Children/Shriner's Hospital for Children, Boston, USA
