Recent advances in minimally invasive surgery have drastically increased the number of otolaryngological procedures that can now be offered in the office setting. Office-Based Surgical Procedures in Otolaryngology provides clear, highly illustrated discussions of in-office considerations and head and neck surgical procedures-all contributed by leading experts in the field of otolaryngology. Narrated companion videos help practicing otolaryngologists and otolaryngologists in training navigate each step of the procedure alongside experienced and knowledgeable surgeons.

Provides concise, to-the-point guidance on the procedures that can be performed in the otolaryngology office setting, including those procedures that were once performed only in an operating room.
Offers quick, easy-to-understand coverage of patient safety and anesthesia; billing and coding; pediatrics; sleep-related procedures; ultrasound-guided procedures; rhinology; facial plastic surgery; laryngology; otology; and more.
Allows you to offer procedures in your office that pose less of a health threat to staff and patients, are less costly, and offer greater patient satisfaction and quicker recovery times than OR-based procedures.
Shares the experience and knowledge of leading experts within each subspecialty of otolaryngology who provide up-to-date guidance alongside color illustrations, CT scans, endoscopic images, photographs, and narrated videos.
