Autor

Dr Ravindran Chetambath is currently holding the post of Senior Consultant in Pulmonology and Chief of Medical Services at Baby Memorial Hospital, a multispecialty Tertiary Care Hospital in Calicut, Kerala, India. Dr Ravindran underwent his undergraduate and postgraduate education in the prestigious Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode. He specialized in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. He has acquired a Master's degree in Management. He is also a fellow of Royal College of London. He was the former Dean of Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode, India, and has also served as Vice Dean and Professor of Pulmonary Medicine in DM Wayanad Institute of Medical Sciences and Managing Director of Academy Medical Sciences, Kannur, Kerala. Dr Ravindran has 40 years of medical teaching experience in various Medical Colleges in Kerala. He has more than 100 publications to his credit in national and international journals. He is the editor in chief of the Journal of Advanced Lung Health and a member of the editorial board of Lung India and The Indian Practitioner.
