Heidi Shelton is a lecturer who joined the UNLV Radiography program in the fall of 2017. She teaches physics of X-Ray Production, Advanced Techniques in Digital Imaging, Radiographic Pathology and Patient Care while serving as the Clinical Coordinator for the program. Dr. Shelton has been an ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist since 2006. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Texas Chiropractic College. Additionally, Dr. Shelton worked as a contributor on the 8th edition and was recommended by Nina Kowalczyk as a successor to her title.
