Accurate diagnosis and appropriate management of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) often presents a challenge for neurologists. The author of this volume, who is both a neurologist and a surgeon, clarifies the steps a neurologist should take when a patient is at risk of SAH, explains when surgery is advised, and helps physicians to treat patients after SAH.
