Her most significant contributions to the field include bioreactor design and analysis for plant organ culture, foreign protein production in plant systems, and human tissue engineering using stem cells. Ross Carlson works in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Montana State University, Bozeman, MT, USA.
