Behavioral Pharmacology of Drug Abuse: Current Status, Volume 93 provides an update on our current understanding of animal and human behavioral pharmacology in major classes of drugs of abuse, including nicotine, alcohol, opioids, psychostimulants, and hallucinogens, drug-environment interactions, neurochemical mechanisms and medications developments. This volume updates the field of behavioral pharmacology based on new knowledge gained in the past decade.

Jun-Xu Li received his MD degree at Binzhou Medical University in 2o0o; In 2005 he received his Ph.D in pharmacology at Peking University. He received his postdoctoral training between 2005-2010 at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. In 2010 he joined the faculty of Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the State University of New York at Buffalo and is currently a professor in the same department. He has authored more than 120 papers and is currently an associate editor of Pharmacology & Therapeutics. He serves as an reviewer for numerous scientific journals and several grant agencies.
