Piero Benelli, a Sports Medicine Physician, with a past as a swimmer, pentathlete, and swimming trainer. Since 2008, he is the team doctor of the Italian men’s volleyball team and, since 1988, of the team Victoria Libertas Basket Pesaro, with a period of collaboration (2001-2007) with the Italian men’s basketball team. He has been teaching of the School of Motor Sciences in Carlo Bo University of Urbino, and of university master programs at Schools of Physiotherapy, Medicine and Surgery (Siena and Bologna), Italy. He has decades of experience in traumatology and rehabilitation, not just in athletics. As the director of several rehabilitation centers, and as a participant in training projects in the sector, he has accumulated significant experience in aquatic rehabilitation. He has published several scientific articles, and has lectured at numerous national and international conferences in this sector, which has allowed him to become a reference in the field. Milco Zanazzo, graduated in Sport Science and Physiotherapy, has always been dedicated to rehabilitation and uses hydrotherapy since 1990. He is a member of the Rehabilitation Committee of SIGASCOT (Società Italiana del Ginocchio, Artroscopia, Sport, Cartilagine, Tecnologie Ortopediche) and a teacher of Rehabilitation in Sports Traumatology in the Italian Academy of Osteopathic Medicine in Saronno (Varese, Italy). As the coordinator of Edi.Ermes’s Hydrokinetics Training Course (Milan), he has accumulated experience in the sector, participating as a speaker in various educational projects, and is Head of physiotherapists at the AZIMUT rehabilitation level-I Health Facility in Biella and Milan (Italy).
