In this demonstration video, Dr. Antony works with a middle-aged woman who is experiencing generalized anxiety and struggling to cope with daily challenges.

Dr. Martin Antony is a professor in the department of psychology at Ryerson University, where he was also previously department chair (2011-2016), founding graduate program director for the MA and PhD programs in psychology (2007-2011), and director of clinical training (2007-2009). He also holds faculty appointments at McMaster University and the University of Toronto.
