In case of alveolar bone atrophy in the aesthetic zone, the ideal 3D implant shouldered position for an optimal aesthetic outcome is impossible, to achieve without the employment of sophisticated traumatic procedures of ridge augmentation as onlay bone graft etc. Our clinical experience in deficient anterior zone shows stable aesthetic results, without going through these long, complicated and painful bone grafting procedures. A stable long standing esthetic could be achieved by customized treatment plan which respect all the parameters of human biology. These factors involve all steps right from treatment plan "implant selection till prosthetic restoration" represent my "Bio - Logic Aesthetic Concept". Ridge manipulation by means of manual osteotomy and surgical driven implant placement is an essential element. Beside that my S.L.I.P. rule comes out to summarize the fundamental factors which influence the stability of aesthetic result after implant osseointegration. Moreover, with my concept it is possible not only to control the phenomenon of bone and gingival recession but to reverse it, by remodeling of peri-implant tissue.
