Desmond Lee Professor of Racial and Ethnic Diversity at the Brown School of Social Work and the Department of Surgery (School of Medicine) at Washington University in St. Louis. She is the Co-Director of the NIH-funded Transdisciplinary Center on Energetics and Cancer (TREC). TERI BROWNE, PHD, is Assistant Professor and Centenary Faculty in Health Social Work Services Research in the College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina. Her research focuses on social work in health-care settings.
