Pamela K. Phelps, Pharm.D., FASHP is Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services for Fairview Health Services, including the University of Minnesota Medical Center, USA. Pamela received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Minnesota. Pamela is program director of Fairview's ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency program. Pamela is a past-president, secretary and board member of the Minnesota Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She is a past member of the ASHP Council for Educational Affairs. In June, 2004, she was recognized as a Fellow of ASHP. Pam is Chair of the University Health System Consortium Research and Education Committee and on the Executive Pharmacy Board for the University Health System Consortium. Her practice and research interests include pharmacy management, practice model development and residency training.
