The last two editions were revised by Professor McMinn, who through working for the Royal College of Surgeons, was able to ensure that it evolved in line with the changes to the first part of the FRCS exam. The new author Sinnatamby also works for the college and is instrumental in the latest changes to the exam and the creation of the new MRCS, at which this book will be targeted.
