A modified single-incision technique is used with acute and partial biceps ruptures. Allograft augmentation and a two-incision technique are used with chronic ruptures, in which the second incision is used to retrieve the retracted tendon. The authors demonstrate both techniques using footage from surgical cases. Postoperative management is also discussed.
