Associate Prof Dr Bhajan L Rahanu has been working in Chemical Engineering Department at Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia since 2012. After receiving a PhD degree in 2004 from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, New Delhi, India, Dr Rahanu worked as a research scientist in numerous prestigious institutions in the USA, Canada, South Africa, Turkey and Malaysia. His main areas of research are CO2 gas hydrates and AIML in flow assurance and desalination. Dr Khor Siak Foo is a Senior Staff Engineer in Flow Assurance with PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, based in Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia, where his research focused on surfactant chemistry for gas hydrate inhibition control. With over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Dr Khor specializes in flow assurance, production chemistry, and offshore operations. Mr Mahmood Riyadh Atta is a PhD candidate in the same department at Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) Malaysia. His research work focuses on gas hydrate inhibition control and application of AIML for predictive model development.
