He holds an MSc from the University of New South Wales (Australia) and dual BSc degrees from the University of Antioquia and the Technological University of Pereira (Colombia). He is an active member of the American Chemical Society and the Royal Australian Chemical Institute.Jaime is the author of The Kjeldahl Method: 140 Years (2023) and Periodic Table of the Universe: Symphony of Matter (2024).Now retired, Jaime resides in Sydney, Australia, while frequently traveling to the USA, Europe, and South America.
