Eva Polini is a globally recognized business intelligence expert who, for the last 20 years, has worked with companies such as Peugeot, UNICEF, and Disney. She is the author of Business Intelligence: Requirement Management – the Business Analyst's Toolbox. Her experience is coupled with two master's degrees from Sorbonne University (Paris, France) in knowledge management and information and communication systems. Eva has worked across borders and industries, including telecommunications, finance, and legal. In 2019, she led a team to help an Australian telecommunications company, avoid a multi-million dollar fine and audit, which saved their license. She is a sought-after expert in the BI field and continues to work on high-impact projects. Karina Ghozali is a senior data visualization professional who has worked in the telecommunications and retail industries, delivering best practice visualizations and self-service assets since 2018.
