This book, the second volume of the book Advanced Information-Measuring Technologies and Systems, is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Department of Information-Measuring Technologies of the National Technical University of Ukraine Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the General Energy Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. It presents the main scientific directions and issues of our joint research.
