This book presents selected papers from the 14th Conference on Information Technology and its Applications (CITA) which will take place on July 14 15, 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on July 14 15, 2025. The 14th CITA (CITA 2025) will be co-organized by Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (Vietnam), Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (Cambodia) and King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (Thailand). The conference also is supported and accompanied by the research and training institutions belonging to the ASEAN Consortium for Innovation and Research (ACIR) as well as the Vietnam ICT Association of Faculties-Institutes-Schools-Universities (FISU Vietnam), Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland), University College Dublin (Ireland), Springer and SMCS (IEEE).
Conference on Information Technology and its Applications (CITA) initiated in 2012 is an annual international scientific conference on information technology and its applications.
Ngoc Thanh Nguyen: Ngoc Thanh Nguyen is currently a full Professor of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Poland and is now a member of the State Council of Scientific Excellence of Poland and a member of the Committee on Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is the Chair of IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Computational Collective Intelligence, he received the title of Distinguished Scientist of ACM, and Distinguished Visitor of IEEE. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Journal of Computer Science and Journal of Information and Telecommunication.Cong-Phap Huynh: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Cong Phap is the Rector of the Vietnam Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), the University of Danang, Vietnam. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), France, in 2010, and was appointed Associate Professor in 2016. His research focuses on wireless sensor networks, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing. He has led numerous national and international projects and published extensively in reputable journals and international conferences. He is also a reviewer and editor for Springer s Lecture Notes series and other scientific journals. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phap is the founder and general chair of the CITA conference series, which has been held 14 times, fostering academic exchange in ICT. He is also the initiator and general chair of the upcoming DeFI 2025, the International Conference on Digital Economy and Decentralized Fintech.
As an editor, he is dedicated to promoting academic rigor, innovation, and international collaboration in digital technologies.
Nguyen Thanh Thuy: Nguyen Thanh Thuy received the Engineer degree of the computing in 1982 and the Ph.D. degree of the computer science in 1987 from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam. He is a Professor of computer science with the Hanoi University of Science and Technology until 2011 and then with the VNU University of Engineering and Technology, since 2011. Prof. Nguyen Thanh Thuy is now Head of the Key Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the Faculty of Information Technology, VNU University of Engineering and Technology. His AI research interests are mainly in Knowledge systems, Soft-computing, Data mining, Deep learning, Hybrid Intelligent systems, GAI, Responsible AI.
Prof. Nguyen Thanh Thuy is now President of the National Committee for Professorships of Vietnam in the field of Computer Science (upon Ministry of Education and Training), terms 2018-2023, 2024-2029. He is also President of the Vietnam Association for Information Processing, terms 2024-2029; Vice Director General of the National R&D Program KC-4.0/2019-2030 (upon Ministry of Science and Technology). He is serving as Deputy chief of the National AI Strategy Council for Vietnam in the period 2020-2030 (established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and other ministries).
He keeps the role of President of the Vietnam Union of AI Institutions and Industry (VINA3I), President of the Vietnam Union of Faculties, Institutes, Schools, Universities of ICT (FISU Vietnam), terms 2023-2028.
Nhien-An LE-KHAC: Dr. Nhien-An Le-Khac, IEEE Senior member, is an Associate Professor at the School of Computer Science, University College Dublin UCD), Ireland. He is the Program Director of UCD Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigation. He published 3 books on Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity, and has published 200+ scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences with 10+ best paper awards. He received UCD College of Science Teaching Excellence Award in 2023.
Sopheap Seng: Sopheap SENG graduated master s degree of engineering from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and master s degree of science from Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. He get Ph.D from Grenoble Univ
