Cloud Computing has been in use for several decades now, but the art and science of delivering Cloud based products is still shrouded in mystery. This book shines new light on how to deliver projects on time and within budget. The authors discuss the theory and practices of software engineering as applied to successful project execution for Cloud and IoT based products. The readers will find the following topics well covered.

1.       Management of projects in general, and Clouds in particular, including budgeting.

2.       Best practices in Software engineering, with emphasis on using Agile methodology.

3.       IoT products, their deployment, including Cloud based support and management.

4.       Regulatory compliance.

5.       New value creation and future opportunities.
