Holding dual Ph.D. degrees in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Political Science and International Relations, he has taught at leading universities across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, specializing in operations research, logistics, and business management. A prolific author, Dr Maniatis has published multiple books and over 90 research articles in areas such as logistics, supply chain management, economics, and sustainability. He is an active member of prestigious organizations like the Technical Chamber of Greece and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and he serves on the editorial boards of several international journals. His research focuses on engineering logistics, quantitative methods, and sustainable supply chains, making significant contributions to both theory and practice.
