Agnessa Inshakova, Doctor of Law, is Professor, Expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor of the Faculty of Law of Kuban State University, Leading Researcher of the Faculty of Law of Volzhsky Institute of Economics, Pedagogy, and Law.

Agnessa Inshakova is Honorary Worker of Education of the Russian Federation (2019). Agnessa Inshakova is Honorary Worker of Science and High Technologies of the Russian Federation (2022).

Agnessa Inshakova is Author of more than 600 scientific and educational publications.

Agnessa Inshakova is Recipient of numerous awards for her scientific work, including: Letter of thanks from the Notary Chamber of the Volgograd Region (2016, 2018); Certificate of Honor of the Volgograd City Duma "for high professional achievements in science" (2017, 2021); Honorary Diploma of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2021);  Medal of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences "For loyalty to the traditions of national education" (2022).

Denis Matytsin Doctor of Law, is Candidate of economic sciences, Professor of the Faculty of Law of Kuban State University, Leading Researcher of the Faculty of Law of Volzhsky Institute of Economics, Pedagogy and Law.

Denis Matytsin is Author of about 138 scientific and educational publications.

Denis Matytsin is Active Co-Executor of the supported and ongoing research projects granted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (2012); the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (2019-2021); the Russian Science Foundation (2020-2023) and (2023-2024).
