About our author Kirk Trigsted has been a faculty member at the University of Idaho since 1996. He was the director of one the first Emporium model math labs in the United States for 20 years. Kirk was inspired by his students to develop the first digital-first Algebra & Trigonometry product ever developed in MyLab Math. Now, 15 years later, there are Trigsted titles ranging from Pre-Algebra to Pre-Calculus. Kirk has been married for almost 3 decades and has 4 children.
