Without being threatening, per se, they (aliens) speak through the author to implore us to get our acts together - for humanity, for our Earth, for our interspatial neighbors. Get it together. Do it for yourself. Do it for humanity. Do it for the animal kingdom. Do it for the world. Do it for God.
