Previously, Dr. Perry taught adult basic education, worked at the New York City Board of Education, consulted with public schools involved in restructuring, and evaluated supplemental education programs. In addition to authoring several articles and chapters, Dr. Perry has presented at conferences of the American Educational Research Association, American Evaluation Association, and World Educational Research Association.
